Although my core area of expertise is specific to telecom and banking industries, in the areas of digital, financial inclusion, transformation, strategy, performance and process improvement, customer experience design etc. But there is one thing that fascinates me a lot, and I would some day want to experiment and apply my ideas there. That's aviation. Yes, you read it right, it's commercial air travel. The canvas of this industry is so vast that you can not apply all the innovative ideas in one lifetime.
Defying gravity by a 350-ton piece of metal is one thing, of course, a feat of engineering. But having 10,000 of them in the air carrying a million people at any given time is a whole different story. This is such a dynamic industry that has so much to offer and so much more potential to innovate.
Over the course of past few years I have developed quite an interest in commercial aviation, and my 600+ flights for work and leisure purposes added to my interest and curiosity.
